      Starting an animation

This is an example of keyframing for objects.
We will use the same model we used to describe animating beams.





The Objects Keyframing panel assumes the following figure



To start an animation

The Timeline works in the same way as it did for animating beams. You can create and delete cues by right-clicking on the timeline.
The viewport will show a box that bounds the selected object.

The object must be selected from the drop down list; if you don’t know the name associated with an object, you can use the Object Hierarchy panel, that shows the number of nodes in the environment, as seen in the previous section.

In the example, the object is named "wheel". If you select this object in the drop down list, the viewport will show the object with a bounding box:
