Resize Position Tool
This tool is used to resize positions relative to a designated center.
These are this tools options

- Direct zoom in: Click on a viewport where you want to center the resizing. Then click and drag to resize from the center. The distance between positions will contract with this option.
- Direct zoom out: This option works the way direct zoom in works, except that the distances between the positions expand.
- Existing position: set an existing position or object by using the popup box as the center, then set a percentage value that establishes the kind of resizing
Greater that 100 increases the distance between positions
Less than 100 reduces the distance between positions
