Resize Background Tool
This tool is used the resize the whole environment in the 3-D space.
When activated, the tool will display the following options

- Manual: Use this to resize the environment in any of the three directions checked.
- Custom: Use this to resize the environment by entering a percentage value that increases or decreases the size of the background
(<100 or >100 respectively)
- To meters: Use this to resize the environment by entering measure for any or all of the three directions.
If you want to resize the environment in the X direction, enter the measure in meters into the X Measure field, leaving the other two fields blank, and click Apply. Any filled field will resize the environment in that direction.
